Obituary ROTHSTEIN, Lillian (nee Halperin) Peacefully, On Monday, April 12, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. Devoted wife of the late Norman Rothstein. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Natalie and Stan Bassel, Sandy and Leslie Pantel, David and Karen, the late Jeffrey. Cherished Grandma of Dr. Jamie and Jacqueline Bassel, Stuart and Hydee Bassel, Carrie and Kris Green; Lori and Craig Kurland, Jill and Jason Madorsky, Sara and Adam Pantel; Alex and Steven Small, Lindsay and Dr. Lawrence Koby, Daniel Aronovitch. Loving "GG" of Zakary Bassel; Parker and Logan Bassel; Jack Kurland; Emma Madorsky; Cooper Pantel; Ella and Ruby Small. Dear sister of the late Jack and the late Irving Halperin, and sister-in-law of Ruth Halperin, Claire Pashlin, Isadore and Sylvia Rothstein, Eileen and the late Nathan Rothstein, the late Frances and the late Herman Davis, the late Dr. Bernard (Bob) and the late Maytie Rothstein. She will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, April 14, at 2 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
