RABINOVITCH, Dr. Sam On Tuesday, November 16, 2010, in his one hundred and second year. Loving husband of Shirley Geffin. Devoted father and father-in-law of Dr. Marlene Rabinovitch and Dr. Richard Bland, Dr. Mark Rabinovitch and Peggi Cohen. Proud grandfather of Arielle and Robert. Dear brother-in-law of Helen Geffin. Youngest and last surviving brother of Boaz, Phineas, Jacob and Irving. He will be sadly mourned by the extended Bland, Kirkpatrick and Ault families, and by Alex Cohen. The family wishes to thank Dr. Patrizia Zanelli for her expert and compassionate care, to Justin and the nursing staff of 15 Medical at the Montreal General Hospital, and the staff of Westmount One. Special love and gratitude to his tireless and indulgent caregivers, Marlene, Lani, Marilet and Josie. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Wednesday, November 17 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at Peggi and Mark's home, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily.
