SLABOSKY, Jean (nee Bernstein). Peacefully, at the Jewish General Hospital on February 19, 2004. Beloved wife of the late Sam Slabosky. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Pearl and the late Moe Blackman, Ann and the late Nat Gordon, Rita and the late Fred Lehrer, the late Joe and the late Sade Bernstein, the late Dave and the late Florenz Berstein, the late Bessie and the late Norman Astrof, the late Ethel and the late Paul Saxe. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Graveside service at the Congregation Adath Israel Poale Zedek Cemetery, de la Savane on Friday, February 20 at 11:45 a.m. Shiva private. Special thanks to the staff of Rabiner's Residence for their utmost devotion, and to the 8th floor Orthopedic Department at the Jewish General Hospital for their wonderful care.
