BLACKMAN, Pearl (nee Bernstein). On Saturday, September 9, 2006. Beloved wife of the late Moses. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Doreen and Robert Alrod, Gerald Blackman and Rhoda Fish. Adored grandmother of Mitchell and Renee Alrod, Lori Alrod, Lianna Alrod, and Gillian Blackman. Devoted great grandmother of Madison Alrod, Dakota and Skyelar Caplan, and Sierra Jonas. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rita and the late Fred Lehrer, Hessie and the late Jack Unger, the late Joe and the late Sadie Bernstein, the late Dave and the late Florence Bernstein, the late Jean and the late Sam Slabosky, the late Bess and the late Norman Astrof, the late Ethel and the late Paul Saxe, the late Ann and the late Nat Gordon, the late Beatrice Blackman, the late Issie Blackman. A special heartfelt thanks to caregiver and wonderful friend Ruby Oscillada, and to the caring staff of 5NW at the Jewish General Hospital.
