MESSING, Sarah (nee Goldberg) Peacefully, on Saturday, January 9, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Richard and Paulette, Anne and Jerry Lazare, and Ellen Messing. Cherished grandmother of Pam and Steve, Cheryl and Scott, Lisa, Jordon and Susan, Tracey and Brian, Andrew and Tara. Proud great grandmother of ten. Survived by her sister Ida and predeceased by her other eight siblings. Thank you to Eva, a very special friend and caregiver, and to Sandy Baitel of Beit Chai for her kindness. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, January 12 at 3:00 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 2797 rue Cazeneuve, V.S.L., from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. through Thursday evening, and from 1 to 3 p.m. Friday. Contributions in Sarah's memory may be made to the charity of your choice. |
