COOPERBERG, Miriam (nee Wolofsky) It is with great sadness that her family announces her passing in Vancouver on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at the age of ninety-six. Devoted wife of the late Arthur Cooperberg. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Peter and Jean Cooperberg of Vancouver, David and Michèle Cooperberg of New York. Adored grandmother of Ruthie and Danny Shugarman, Michael Cooperberg, Matt and Jacqueline Cooperberg, Ben and Jordana Cooperberg. Cherished great-grandmother of nine. Her invaluable wisdom and strength will be dearly missed, as will her great sense of humour, her creative flare, and her wonderful laugh. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., Montreal on Friday, January 23 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva service will be on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at the home of Ruthie Shugarman, in Vancouver.
