HOCKENSTEIN, Rose (nee Marinoff) On Thursday, August 6, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Harry. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Pauline and Pieter, and the late Melvyn Hockenstein. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer, Benjamin, and the late Bryant. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rosaline and the late Julius Marinoff, the late Sadie Marinoff, the late Ann and the late Sol Abracen. Sister-in-law of Rhoda and the late Irwin (Hocky) and the late Gerry, the late Moe and the late Esther and the late Margaret, the late Hyman and the late Lil, the late Israel and the late Sarah, and the late Corporal Benjamin Hockenstein. She will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Special thanks to Victoria, Kelorn and Beth for their loving care, kindness and devotion. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, August 9 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
