BERGMAN, Nettie (nee Karpman) Peacefully, at home, in her ninety-seventh year, on Thursday, July 31, 2014. Devoted wife of the late Moe Bergman. Beloved mother of Lawrence (Vivian), Dr. Howard (Colette), and David (Joyce). Cherished mother-in-law of the late Monica. Grandmother of Mark and Sara Bergman, Stuart and Emily Bergman, Dr. Simon and Rebecca Bergman, Mia and Guillaume Parent, Jeffrey Bergman (Stefanie Rosenblatt), and Michael Bergman. Great-grandmother of Mollie, Cole, Madelyn, and Levi Bergman; Alexandre, Max, and Isabelle Bergman, and Leo Parent. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ruth and the late Larry Karpman, Carole and the late Ruby Karpman; and sister-in-law of the late Molly and Joe Bergman, the late Fanny and Max Bergman, the late Rose and David Bergman, the late Ray and Louis Klein, the late Sophie and Jack Bergman, and the late Ida and Rubin Rickhouse. Special thanks to Dr. Ilan Benjamin and Dr. Rubin Becker for their expert and comforting medical care. Appreciation to Norman Segal for all his help over the years.
