ROSENBLOOM, Paula (nee Weiser). Peacefully at home at the age of ninety-six on Friday, September 24, 2004. Devoted wife of the late Jack Rosenbloom. Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Harvey and Marilyn, Claire and Philip Borrow, Marvin and Jean, Helen and Nicki Lang, and the late Rhoda Feinstein-Rosenbloom. Dear sister of Rheva Lack, Elsie Ross, Bert Kramer, the late Henry S. (Bud) Weiser and the late Rae Meister. Will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Susan and Gerry Maldoff, Linda Rosenbloom and Bernie Kotansky, Gail and Jimmy Garfinkle, Richard and Andrea Rosenbloom; Ronnie Borrow, Mitchell and Carolyn Borrow; Lawrence and Ingrid Rosenbloom, Robert and Marla Rosenbloom, Jackie and Jeff Mazur, and Elissa Remmer; Karen and Yehuda Sitruk, Jack Lang and Isabelle, Jonathan and Justine Lang. Adored Bubby of twenty-four great-grandchildren. A very special thank you to doctors David Amdursky and Harvey Kreisman. Many thanks to Voula, Esther, Cecile and Esma for their compassion and care. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon West on Monday September 27 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva private. Due to the Festival of Sukkoth shiva ends Wednesday September 29 at noon. Contributions in her memory may be made to Hadassah-Youth Aliyah 933-8461. |
