WOLOZ, Minnie (nee Herman). Peacefully, in her ninety-eighth year, on Monday, November 12, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Eddie Woloz. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Bobby Mendelson, the late Elsa Cantor, Linda Woloz, Steve and Lynn, and Donnie and Monica. Cherished grandmother of Kim Mendelson, Leslie and Skip Beloff, John and Mimi Mendelson, Walter Mendelson, Michael and Kathleen Mendelson, Peter and Diane Yanofsky, Richard and Elyssa Yanofsky, Gale and Lorne Wiseman, Lisa Oberman, Gary and Grace Oberman, Jeff Oberman, Randi and Dan Cohen, Michael and Toby Woloz and Nicola Woloz. Proud great-grandmother of Chelsea, Ali, Zach, Rachel, Noah, Joel, Olivia, Eddie, William, Matthew, Jaimie, Michael, Andrew, Nikki, Sydney, Kaitlin, Daniel, Claudia, Lauryn, Harrison and Jack. Dear sister of Toba Brecher and predeceased by her brothers, Moe, Henry and Hymie. Sister-in-law of Florence Herman and the late Irving Brecher. With much appreciation to her devoted and steadfast caregiver, Anne Lewis, and to the compassionate staff of 5th floor at Maimonides Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Thursday, November 15 at 2 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
