LEWIS, Dr. Reginald Peacefully in his ninety-ninth year, on Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Ethel Karpman for sixty-eight years. Loving father and father-in-law of Lew and Beatrice, Howard and Sandi. Cherished "Zaidie Reggie" of Shawn and Shoshana, Lianne and Steven, Joanna and Morrie, and Laurie. Proud great-grandfather of Mattea, Julian, Charlie, Nicole, Jordan, Tori, Ryan, and Lola. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Clarice and the late Sam Green, and brother-in-law of Eddie and the late Ida Benjamin, Danny and Debbie and the late Murray Karpman. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. John Backler, Cora, and the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion, as well as his friends at B'nai Brith House for adding to his quality of life. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, March 30 at 12:00 pm. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane.
