LEWIS, Ethel (nee Karpman). It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ethel Lewis at home, on Tuesday, June 17, 2008. Beloved wife of Dr. Reginald for sixty-eight years. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Lew and Beatrice, Howard and Sandi. Cherished "Bubby Etty" of Shawn and Shoshana, Lianne and Steven, Joanna and Morrie, and Laurie. Proud great grandmother of Nicole, Jordan, Mattea, Julian and Ryan. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Danny and Debbie Karpman, Eddie and the late Ida Benjamin, the late Murray Karpman, Clarice and the late Sam Green. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W. on Friday, June 20 at 12:00 noon. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshei Ozeroff Congregation Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva to be announced.
