GOLDBERG, Phyllis Peacefully, on Wednesday, January 5, 2011, at the age of eighty-six. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of Dorothy and the late Jack Miller. Predeceased by her dear sisters and brothers-in-law, Reva and Sam Forman, and Rosalind and Saul Levenson. Lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. The family wishes to express deep appreciation to the medical, professional, and supportive staff of Maimonides Geriatric Centre for their compassionate devotion and kindness over these last twenty years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Friday, January 7 at 10 a.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Poale Zedek Anshay Ozeroff Cemetery, Adath Israel Section, de la Savane.
