SOLIN, Dorothy (nee Friedman). With dignity after a long courageous struggle on Tuesday, May 20, 2003. Wife of the late David. Beloved mother and best friend of Myrna, and Michael (Eileen). Cherished grandmother of Evan and Kimberly, Barry, Marcy and Frank, and Karen. Adored great-grandmother of Jake, Sam, Anthony, Jessica and David. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ruth and the late Syd Maron, Sidney and Sybil Friedman, Ray and Bernard Roll, Millie and Moe Lesser, Tibby and George Eisen. Dorothy was a kind and gentle lady who will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon West on Friday, May 23, 2003 at 1 p.m. Burial at the Adath Israel Congregation Cemetery Section de la Savane. Shiva at 5501 Adalbert #1503.
