BONDY, Alexander (Sasha) With courage and dignity on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The family takes solace in the fact that he lived in perfect health into his eighty-ninth year, proud of his family, enjoying an active life, and working hard in his garden which gave him much joy. Survived by his wife Vera Korn, sons and daughters-in-law Thomas and Morgan, Richard and Kathy, grandchildren Adrian and Hanna, Trevor, Jonathan, and Gregory. Brother and brother-in-law of Ivo and Rosemary. Sasha will be lovingly remembered by his family and many dear friends. Honoring his wishes, the funeral service will be private. The family will be accepting condolence calls on Friday at his home, 3483 Grey Ave., from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of gifts or flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (514) 255-5151. |
