ASSERAF, Michel. Peacefully on Sunday, April 4, 2004. Beloved husband of the late Alice Ouazana. Loving father and father-in-law of David and Marisol, Brigitte and James Gabay, Corinne and Simon Abitbol, Evelyne and Robert Mashaal, Alain and Simona. Cherished "Papi" of Alexandra, Jennifer, Emmanuelle, Jeremy, Alexander, Jonathan, Alicia, Hannah, Max, Sebastien, Sophia and Isabella. Loving brother and brother-in-law of David and Anita Asseraf, Elise and Andre Ouanounou. He will be sadly missed by his other siblings in Israel and France, his many relatives abroad, his nieces, nephews and friends. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion. Funeral service took place at Paperman & Sons on Monday, April 5 at 10:30 a.m. Burial at the New Memorial Park Cemetery, De La Savane. Due to the advent of Passover, there will be no Shiva.
