BERKOWITZ, Anne (nee Bernstein) Peacefully in Toronto, with her son by her side, on Thursday, April 16, 2015, in her ninety-seventh year. Wife of the late Leo Berkowitz. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Simon and Linda Berkowitz, Yona and Hershel Payne. Cherished grandmother of Lee, and Amy Berkowitz; Daphna, Tova, and Fraidel Payne. Special thanks to Anne's caregiver, Jamie Fastidio for her love and devotion over the last three and a half years. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Sunday, April 19 at 11 a.m. Burial at the Memorial Park Cemetery, de la Savane. Shiva at 125 rue Laporte, D.D.O., Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. |
