BUCHWALD, Leon. Peacefully in Toronto, On Thursday, May 31, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Toba Weinstein. Cherished father and father-in-law of Miriam and Allan Gordon, Zena Buchwald and Brad Frey. Proud and loving grandfather of Lynne and Shane, Brian, Cooper, and Walker. Great-grandfather of Nicole and Ben. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Lucia and the late Isadore Horn; and brother-in-law of Sam and Ann Weinstein, the late Sonia and the late Morris Lifschutz, Claudine and the late Harry Weinstein. Leon will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean-Talon St. W., on Monday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. Burial at the Adath Jeshurun Congregation Section, Back River Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Berri St. Shiva in Toronto and New York.
